Dealer Return Policy
 
Please read the following in regards to DEALER RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
 
To initiate exchanges, the dealer must contact Field Sport via telephone (714-961-1343) or e-mail (support@fieldsportinc.com) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Within 30 Days of the Invoice Date

Defective Product(s) can be returned for exchange within 30 days from the invoice date.  However, Field Sport Inc. reserves the right to authorize a return for any exchange. If a product is authorized for a return, an RMA number will be issued for an exchange of the same product. Original Shipping charges are not refunded for the item. Dealers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Field Sport Inc. and all shipping charges for the product going back to the dealer.  Replacement will be at Field Sport Inc. sole discretion.
 
Non-defective Product(s) can be returned for credit/exchange within 30 days from the invoice date.  However, Field Sport Inc. reserves the right to authorize a return for any credit/exchange. If a product is authorized for a return, an RMA number will be issued either for a credit memo on future purchases or for an exchange of an equivalent or lesser value product. There will be a 15% restocking fee and inspection fee on each of the item(s) exchanged.  Original Shipping charges are not refunded for the item. Dealers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Field Sport Inc. and all shipping charges for the product going back to the dealer.  Replacement will be at Field Sport Inc. sole discretion. Returned product will have to be in complete original unused condition.  Item packaging must be free from marks or any damage. 
 

After 30 Days of the Invoice Date

After 30 days of the invoice date, Defective Product(s) can be exchanged only for the same product and not for a credit. Dealers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Field Sport Inc. and all shipping charges for the product going back to the dealer. Replacement will be at Field Sport Inc. sole discretion.
 
Non-defective returns/exchanges are not accepted after 30 days of the invoice date.
 

After 90 Days of the Invoice Date

After 90 days of the invoice date, Defective Product(s) can be exchanged only for the same product and not for a credit.  There will be a $10 exchange fee for each of the item.  Dealers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Field Sport Inc. and all shipping charges for the product going back to the dealer. Replacement will be at Field Sport Inc. sole discretion.
